Essence was born from a simple obsession: creating the most flavorful, complex hot sauce possible using only traditional, slow methods.

What started as small test batches in 10g earthen crocks has grown into a true luxury hot sauce — handmade in ultra-limited drops of just 300 bottles. Every step is done by hand: sourcing the world’s finest peppers, 60-day slow fermentation at 60°F with rare spices, custom artisanal salts and vinegars, and a final 30-day rest.

We believe great flavor takes time. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just patience, precision, and passion in every single bottle.
